POLLENÇA WINE FAIR!

Pollença Wine Fair The Pollensa Wine Fair takes place every year in spring at the Santo Domingo Cloister in Pollensa. This year the dates for your diary are next Saturday and Sunday 21st and 22nd April. On Saturday the 21st the doors open from 10am until 8:30pm and on Sunday the 22nd of April from 10am until 2pm. There is a 10€ entrance fee so that you can enjoy the selection of wines. It is a great opportunity for the local wine producers, to show off their wares to both the pros and the public. Carnival is here

Carnival is here!Carnival has always been a major fiesta and is still famous today for its celebrations.Of course Pollensa, Mallorca celebrates it too and in Palma, sa Rua is a massive spectacle every year with dozens of floats and troupes in costume dazzling the streets.In Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia as well as all the surrounding towns, parades take place on the Saturday afternoon (this year will be the 25th) and parties are held on the Friday night.
