It is hard to believe, that this unique, charming country house, built to passive house standards, is actually a new construction. Finished quite recently, it is completely ventilated with a well-studied system that lets in the cold air from the north side of the plot and passes it underground through the house letting it out through the top eliminating the need for air conditioning, therefore extremely energy efficient. In the winter, the system inverts and lets in hot air heated by a clever natural stone system that faces the south.

Arranged over 2 floors, are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a large living area and kitchen which has a great replace that heats the whole house, as it is connected to the heat distribution system. In addition, the house has covered with natural cork insulation. The house also has a large basement, which serves as a cinema/music room. The feng shui principles have been observed in the construction of this extraordinary house, evident in the bedrooms, which have no corners and no electric system circulating round the beds to avoid negative electrostatic eetc.

Outside we and an all-natural garden with purely autochthonous plants (meaning low maintenance) as well as a beautiful pool that has been integrated into the vegetation and uses a natural filtering system so no need for chlorine.
