Pollença Wine Fair The Pollensa Wine Fair takes place every year in spring at the Santo Domingo Cloister in Pollensa. This year the dates for your diary are next Saturday and Sunday 21st and 22nd April. On Saturday the 21st the doors open from 10am until 8:30pm and on Sunday the 22nd of April from 10am until 2pm.
