We are delighted to offer a monthly rental in 3 bedroom apartment in Puerto Pollensa.  This apartment is located in the centre so you have everything close by. This apartment offers the chance to have your own base for between 1-6 months at a time.

The apartment is comfortable and offers, thee  double bedrooms, 2 bathroms, seperate fully fitted kitchen and an attractive lounge. 

The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms. Enter into an entrance hall.  Double doors lead us into the lounge/diner furnished with a sofa, dining table and chairs. Doors lead out to the balcony, fully fitted and equipped kitchen has a breakfast table too.  The laundry room is reached off the kitchen complete with washing machine.

A door leads off the lounge to the sleeping quarters with three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning .  

This monthly rental in 3 bedroom apartment in Puerto Pollensa is available for a minimum 31 nights.  Maximum 6 persons.  The prices vary according to the month of the year.  This is not a tourist rental and no tourist services are offered.  No cleaning is offered and the apartment is to be returned clean and laundered at the end of the stay or charges will apply.

A refundable security deposit is to paid prior to entry into the apartment to cover any damages/extra cleaning.
